Returns & Exchanges
We always try to achieve our customer's ultimate satisfaction. Sometimes you buy something that does not work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason we did our best to make an exchange policy that would be helpful for you.
Discount Sales:
Any Product sold under any Sale/Discount offer cannot be exchanged or returned, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Following conditions will qualify under Return & Exchange Policy
- Wrong product, size or color
- Damaged product
- Product lost in shipment
1. The customers can Return or exchange any products which one they purchased from online within 15 days of the product receipt. Items that you want to exchange or return must be unworn, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached.
2. Alternatively, you can also go to your nearest Mbrella outlet to return the Product and exchange the desired one (Note: if that similar Product is available at that specific outlet.)
3. You are requested to inform our Customer Service of any change within 7 days of receiving the product. Please call us 01954-440983 or, you can directly message us on the Official Facebook page / Instagram account to get in touch with us. We will get in touch to assist you in processing your return.
